Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is being processed.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
Standard Shipping (5-7 business days) — calculated at checkout
Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $99 — automatically applied at checkout

International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 10-21 business days depending on your location and local customs processes. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Please note: international customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are not collected by The Healthy Hair Scientist.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation.

Delays
Shipping carriers may experience delays during peak seasons or due to circumstances outside our control. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you informed.

Lost or Stolen Packages
The Healthy Hair Scientist is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact your local carrier with your tracking number.
