RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy for most items. Return requests must be initiated within 5 days of receiving your order. Please note that we do not accept returns of used or damaged items.

To initiate a return, please fill out the return form here. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

All Glory to King Jesus for using Lexi to have the knowledge for our hair and ensuring that her products meets the needs of all hair porosity’s., etc., These products has definitely been the only ones that works for my family hair. We love that it’s natural! We love that it smells good, cleanse very well and give our hair moisture. My daughter hair used to be hard to maintain and use to be dry. Now her hair is so manageable from putting up to take down. It’s so soft and moist. I have locs and my hair used to be so itchy before changing products . My locs has grown from chin length to mid back now within 3yrs. I get so many compliments on how healthy they look.
